We ask that our guests adhere to this deadline, as our venue requires an official guest count within a certain timeframe prior to the event to make appropriate accommodations.

If we do not receive your RSVP by 8/9/25, we’ll assume you won’t be able to make it- and we’ll miss you!

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we can only accommodate those whose names are listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

We will be having an “unplugged” ceremony, meaning we ask our guests to refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. We hired professionals to capture the moment for us and will share photos when we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you’d like.

Cocktail attire is requested.

This is a step up from casual dress but not fully formal attire. Please no jeans, shorts, t-shirts or white dresses!

It’s Texas in September- we know it will be hot! But don’t worry, most of the celebration will be indoors. Just be ready for an outdoor cocktail hour following the ceremony!

Yes! There is a free parking garage near the venue for guests, but be prepared for a bit of a walk. Guests may pull up to the front circle to drop off passengers (especially helpful for the ladies in heels!) before parking.

We love your kids! However, due to limited space at the venue, our event will be an adult-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family children who are participating in the ceremony.
